Staff are pretty friendly most of the time. You can always find an open slot machine no matter when you go. They have some decent live music and good service at the bar. Bingo hall is small which is nice. The bingo payouts are small compared to other local casinos so it usually attracts less people. The cafe/hot bar is the worst at customer service and speed. They usually only have one or two people and the condiments are never stocked. They changed the portions to make them much smaller but still charge the same amount as before. And the food is almost always over cooked.
I give this hotel is zero*it was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel me and my wife have ever stayed at we have stayed at this hotel in the past and had absolutely no issues me my wife were celebrating our wedding anniversary we checked into our hotel room watch was a non-smoking room in when we looked at the bed both of the bed head burn holes in multiple spots so I I let the maintenance supervisor know what was going on with the room she came and checked out the room and noted that there was holes in our bed from cigarettes while later that night we went for a swim in their swimming pool is pretty big but wasn’t working the right way me and my wife got hungry so we decided that we were going to get a pizza it does not take 45 minutes for pizza to get cooked and that’s how long I had to wait for my pizza when it was not busy at all what in the morning after my wife got done taking her shower she want to blow dry her hair and the hairdryer did not work in there was wire showing I let the front desk know what was going on with that and got really bad service in they recommended that I call the hotel manager Michelle well I called and talk to Michelle and told her our concerns with our room in basically she gave me the runaround on everything she tried to blow me off completely and said you shouldn’t worry about it you got a room at a lower rate The only reason why we got a lower rate is that me and my wife have spent a lot of money at the casino and got a cheaper room rate and I made that very clear to her she did absolutely nothing to fix this so I have called in to talk to the GM of the casino and have yet to receive a phone call back so if you’re thinking about staying at Menominee casino hotel don’t waste your time you can get better service at any other hotel in the shadow area or take a little bit more of a drive and go stay at Norstar casino
Slots were horrible, dirty and boring. People were nice. Nice to see the smile instead of leering like most casino employees. HOWEVER,, the hotel was gross. Very noisy and old. I don't blame the staff though so left a tip. But, the lady at the desk was rude. Probably the worst clerk I've met and I'm old! No need to go into detail but I definitely recommend a different place. I guess when I saw the filth at the entry I should have turned around.
Got in bonuses but most of them you only got a couple bucks. Can do better in Michigan., And Minnesota. They don't give much to come all the way up there either. The other states give free rooms and free play and food.
I was there with a few friends to gamble and hang out. The machines are a bit tight so you don't win much, but I guess you don't go to assume you will win.. The machines could allow for hitting more bonuses within the games to at least keep you interested. I've been to many different casinos and I'd rank this one on a scale of 10 for payouts at about a 4 sadly. I will say that the staff are extremely welcome to that's huge in itself. Over all wish they pay out more for what you put in, bit to me it's okay if your having fun on an occasional bases. Most the time I choose to go elsewhere were there are looser slots.
